蟹肉蘆筍湯  
 
材料:
6杯高湯 4杯的蟹肉、蘆筍丁、洋菇丁、豆腐丁、青豆仁 2個蛋白
調味料:
1又2份1鹽 4大匙太白粉 胡椒、麻油
作法:
將6杯高湯及1又2份1鹽燒好,隨入共4杯的蟹肉、蘆筍丁、洋菇丁、
豆腐丁、青豆仁再燒開,以調勻的4大匙太白粉及5大匙水勾成濃汁,待
滾徐徐淋入拌勻的2大匙水及2個蛋白,使其散開立即熄火,可隨意撒上
胡椒、麻油即成。

蟹肉可用人造或罐頭,或使用其他海鮮取代,海鮮內加入少許酒及胡椒可
去除腥味;毛茄、蘆筍可用罐頭或新鮮

A. 2 tasang laman ng alimango, tufu, asparagus, kabuti 
(butones)-hiniwa lahat ng pakuwadrado, at pias (sitsaro) 
B. 6 na tasang sabaw ng nilagang karne (stock) 
C. 4 na kutsarang corn starch, 5 kutsarang tubig 
D. 2 kutsarang tubig, 2 puti ng itlog 

1. Pakuluin ang sangkap no. 2, ilagay ang sangkap no. 1 at 
hayaang kumulo. Idagdag ang sangkap no. 3 na pampalapot, 
haluin habang kumukulo- Dahan-dahang ihalo ang sangkap 
no. 4. Dagdagan ng paminta at sesame oil kung nanaisin. 
Pagkatapos ay patayin ang apoy, hanguin at ihain. 

* Gumamit ng de latang crab meat, asparagus at kabuti na 
butones kung nanaisin.
